In some cases during data entry through Excel, numeric values get auto-incremented when copying and pasting information (e.g. Observation_Year, Item_Sample_Size, etc.) across rows.
We may write some code to fix this programmatically, but just be aware of the possibility, keep an eye out, and fix when you come across.
