Table E1 has the data, where, for each bird species it lists the % of the diet by biomass followed by % occurrence in parentheses. The occurrence data has been entered and seems fine, but the % Wt_or_Vol data needs to be fixed.
The trick is that for all of the arthropods, that % is a % of arthropods, not of the entire diet. To convert to %s for entry, need to subtract the % fruit and % seed from 100, then multiply that % (which is the % of the diet that are arthropods) by the numbers in the table.
All species have existing entries that need to be corrected in this way, except Cassin's Vireo for which the data need to be added.
