There are some records for which Observation_Year_End is NA. In many cases, this is true for records that came from the Capinera et al. 2011 book which is a summary of other studies conducted at various times.
@pwinner1 It would be great if you could scan the references section of that chapter to see if you can find a publication associated with a given species and use the publication year. For example, for American Coot, there is a reference by Jones et al. that seems to be the source, so you can fill in 1940 for those American Coot records from Capinera, etc.
Ultimately, we'd like to at least like to fill in Observation_Year_End with a publication year.
