I am an ipv6 user but not ipv4 user. So I edit Custom Options and add the words:

It works, but not always. It often stop at this word and didn't show anything 
more.

then I try to restart it. Sometimes it works .Sometimes it still stop at here. 
I didn't found any reputions.( Maybe I wait at this restart word for about 1 
minute or longer. Then restart the vpn and it may connect? I don't know why.)

I think you may be running into a bug that the management gui does not always 
release hold. Can you try if unsetting the "monitor network changes" option in 
general settings changes the behaviour?
