Update ekf.yaml #56

bump::patch After this https://github.com/cra-ros-pkg/robot_localization/pull/810 change undefined matrices cause the estimated state not to be refreshed. Find out the issue here and fixed https://github.com/cyberbotics/webots_ros2/pull/770.

The ROSbot XL has it already defined https://github.com/husarion/rosbot_xl_ros/blob/master/rosbot_xl_bringup/config/ekf.yaml.
