3D Physics Engine #298

A 3D Physics Engine code be a nice enhancement to the lib.

I have seen videos of libgdx using bullet, some using JBullet other using 
Bullet whit a jni wrapper. I like the last most. 

I am a Java programmer but i don't have experience whit c++ and 3d programming, 
but if you need some help i am a fast learner.

We are in the process of integrating a JNI wrapper for bullet in libgdx. Please 
be patient, it will take a bit.

Hmmm, this issue was closed a year ago. Maybe an issue should be opened for 
this again.
