Packaging for Safari Extension #11

If the extension is entirely JavaScript and HTML is can be packaged for 
inclusion in the Safari Extension gallery. Guidelines are here: 
https://developer.apple.com/programs/safari/

In the common jargon terms for browser add-ons, this is NOT an "Extension" but 
rather a "Plugin" using the old (and widely discouraged) NPAPI originally 
developed for Netscape 2.0. It is primarily compiled C++.
