I am trying use MEGAN6 CE but when I am importing BlastTab files of size 2GB, my PC hangs up and the process stops without getting completed. The .rma6 file that is getting generated is approx 1.8 GB size after which the PC hangs and interrupts the process. Please give any instructions which can resolve this issue. I tried to give different space to MEGAN while installing more than 16GB. The RAM of my computer is 64GB and I have 800 GB storage left so I think that should not be the error.
Please help me.
