I am trying to find out that after meganizing DAA files, we can relate functional profile with taxonomy profile.? For example, I have environmental samples. So, I am searching for taxa (bacteria, in my case) that codes for specific gene (nifH gene, in my case) within the shotgun metagenome via MEGAN6 UE.
Can anyone please reply which command shall I use in GUI to gather the above asked information?
