At present, the only rounding is to 4 significant figures, so that fact you are getting zero means you must be only a few digits more than numerical zero. So you’d be find with an assumption that p<10^{-10}, say.

When I ran the phi test for recombination, my result was significant, but the p-value reported was 0.0. It would be helpful to have the full value reported (0.000003 or whatever it may be) to the user!
