Phi test option to report more digits #16

Closed henni164 closed 2 months ago

Hi,

When I ran the phi test for recombination, my result was significant, but the p-value reported was 0.0. It would be helpful to have the full value reported (0.000003 or whatever it may be) to the user!

Cheers

At present, the only rounding is to 4 significant figures, so that fact you are getting zero means you must be only a few digits more than numerical zero. So you’d be find with an assumption that p<10^{-10}, say.
