If one's already on the Shopping Cart page, and (comes back and forgets he's already there so he) clicks on the top right shop icon, nothing happens. It could look like the click is not responding.
Suggested feature:
"You're already in the Shopping Cart"
Show the same dropdown window anyway;
Focus the screen to the products in the cart lower on the screen;
Let the customer go to the cart to view items.
Suggestion 2 perhaps not viable due to being able to update the mini cart via AJAX but the main cart checkout pages needing a refresh to reflect the changes.
