Table Rates export CSV #14

When i try to export table rates from the system->configuration->shipping methos.>table rates i get a error of: PHP message: PHP Fatal error: Call to a member function addData() on boolean in /home/perfumes/public/app/code/community/HusseyCoding/CustomOrderGrid/Model/Observer.php on line 49

My magento version is 1.9.3

What columns do you have selected and are there any other extensions installed or modifications made which affect the order grid?

The columns selected are: Purchased On Purchased From (store) Order Modified Billing Name Customer Email G.T. (Purchased) Status Tracking Number Coupon Code

And answering the second question, no, i dont have any extension installed or modifications made
