Problems encountered when using makewin32.bat install #8

When I typed in makewin32.bat install in the command line, this poped up. qq20140319003422 Could u tell me how to crack this problem?

If this is not too much to ask, could u upload a tex file for direct use without installing anything or using make command. THX for ur help.

Your LaTeX version is too old. I guess you are using CTeX. Please install the latest version of TeXLive
