Plan: replace natbib to BibLaTeX #9

BibLaTeX with Biber is the new and a better way to deal with bibliography than current method natbib with bibtex.

It supports Unicode and is more suitable to handle Chinese. More information is in http://tex.stackexchange.com/questions/25701/bibtex-vs-biber-and-biblatex-vs-natbib

I'm planning to switch natbib to BibLaTeX.
