docs: comment out the configuration of openeuler metalink. #12

  1. 注释掉所有的 metalink
  2. 增加了关于 metalink 的说明与 caution
  3. 配置文件中补全了现在支持的 openeuler 版本
  4. 一键换源的命令中注释了 metalink
  5. 增加了对 yum 文档的引用
