gmail links should go to gmail app #269

when i'm looking at a gmail message (eg. 
https://mail.google.com/mail/?shva=1#inbox/12da929caf65ae8f)  pushing the 
chrome to phone button in chrome should open up that message in the gmail app, 
not bring me to gmail in the browser.

awesome app!  keep up the good work!

crap, that was supposed to be listed under "Enhancement" ...  it doesn't look 
like i can edit it.
