Please answer the questions about build version and network, will save
developers a lot of time !

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Multiple attempts to send same link to phone
2.Re-login on phone

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to at least 1 instance of download link being sent to phone. Ended
up getting multiple--which could still be expected. The issue is that every
single webpage I go to on Chrome is getting forwarded to phone, for the past 20
hours. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and logged back in to chrome to phone on
both Chrome and Phone. Still getting every new page in Chrome sent to phone
without clicking on Chrome to phone extension or otherwise invoking chrome to
phone communication.

What version of the android, in Settings -> About phone -> Build number (
ex. FRFxx ) ? If less than FRF50 - see the FAQ.
Initially GRI40

Is the phone using WiFi or mobile network when problem occurs ? If Wifi,
are you behind a firewall that blocks outgoing connections ? Both

Can you open "Gmail" application ? Do you see new messages without hitting
'refresh' ? Yes

Can you open "Talk" application ? Do you see incoming chats ? Yes

Please provide any additional information below.
Running version 2.1.3 on Chrome.
Running version 2.2.0 on phone.
Phone is HTC EVO. Issue started while running CyanogenMod 7 RC3, still
happening with RC4 and latest Stock ROM.

The issue which may not be clear in OP is that after clicking the chrome to
phone button in Chrome every page that loads or refreshes afterward is
automatically sent to the phone. Disabling the chrome to phone extensions fixes
the problem, but as it stands chrome to phone is not useable in this state.
