Please answer the questions about build version and network, will save
developers a lot of time !
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install app on both Chrome and phone, register correctly
2. click the Chrome to Phone button in Chrome to send the link, says "sent to
phone" as if it worked correctly
3. phone receives nothing whatsoever
What is the expected output? What do you see instead? see above
What version of the android, in Settings -> About phone -> Build number (
ex. FRFxx ) ? If less than FRF50 - see the FAQ.

Is the phone using WiFi or mobile network when problem occurs ? If Wifi,
are you behind a firewall that blocks outgoing connections ?
it happens on both the cell network and WiFi. how can I make sure the
connection is open like it needs to be?
Can you open "Gmail" application ? Do you see new messages without hitting
'refresh' ?
yes I can open it, no I can't even see new messages when I do click "refresh"!
it shows mail from 4 days ago, but I know I've gotten multiple mails since then.
Can you open "Talk" application ? Do you see incoming chats ?
no I can't launch the Talk application
Please provide any additional information below.
