Improvements on Current Scope.

  1. Change functionality to make an email to be sent out to client(s) when a CV is approved by Admin. How will this work for Generic candidates uploaded by themselves and by agents. Now we have Harness elite we can send an email with link back to harness elite for generic uploads.

time:- approx 1 day

  1. On which page would you like this tally of accepted and rejected to go, is the tally for admin rejecting accepting or client accepting or rejecting ? The Admin 'all vacancies page is quite busy at present perhaps it could be listed when admin clicks on specific job.

time:- 2-3 days.

  1. This refers to rejection criteria also taking a text area input rather than only the check boxes. Would also need to adjust rejection email to agency to take input from text area.

    time:- 1 day .

  2. Email should be sent to Client 12 hours after all interview stages asking the client to ‘Progress’ (green button) or ‘Reject’ (red button) (show two buttons) 24 hours after. After this email is sent to the client, the button (in email) would need to link back to Harness and require a new page that gives them the option to accept or reject the candidate. I'm guessing once this happens we would need to remove the candidate from scheduling and send out emails to the agent to let them know candidate has been accepted/rejected. Need some wire frames and user stories for this to fully understand how to you want them to return to website.

scope - once wire-frames in place.

  1. Agency My Jobs page gives the agency a view of all the candidates submitted against a job and where they are in scheduling. The agency can access a list of the names of the candidates that it has submitted ?

time:- 2 days.

TOTAL at least (depending on 4.) 10 days x2 devs £120 a day approx £2400 inc VAT

  1. Suggestion, once interview has been proposed a button on-scheduling appears which will bring up a modal that can display the proposed time and interview details sent . Could update to confirmed once agency has confirmed.

time: - 3 days.

HARNESS ELITE

  1. Recruiter uploads a new candidates CV and profile “generically” i.e. not against a specific role.

Create Admin Pre-Harness elite page where each candidate will be registered against the Agency that has uploaded them. profile: Agency Name / Current Job title/ Salary Expectation/ Access to CV and ability to Rate.

Time:- 2 days.

2.New Profile is checked, accepted or rejected by Harness – email sent to recruiter explaining why either way.

Add email notification on accept or reject to agency. On accept move to New Harness Elite page/database list. This page is viewable by client and Admin. Create emails with links back to harness elite page.

time : 1 day.

  1. Accepted Candidate goes into a searchable pool of candidates based on Job Type ( eg: UX & Digital Design) Contract (eg Perm or Contract) Salary (eg: £50,000) and Location (eg: London) Client can access the correct pool of candidates via a simple search function – Job Type – Salary – Perm/Contract – Location (Contractors go offline every two weeks, Perm come down every 4 weeks – in which case, email notification must go to responsible recruiter informing them to re-upload (or not if the candidate is no longer available).

Harness Elite page. Create a page of elite candidates able to be filtered as above. Profile:- Jobtype / Contract/ location/ salary expectations/Name/cv/ Agency Name/ Ratings/ Register Interest button/ . Timer to remove Perm after 4 weeks and contract after 2 weeks. Email notification to recruiter when taken off page. Built into client dashboard.

Time 4-5 days.

  1. Client can hit a “register interest” button that sends an email to the responsible recruiter, with suggested interview times (as it does currently) to be arranged.

Register interest brings up appointment scheduler - added functionality for client to input Job title, salary Expectation- Job Description in appointment scheduler. This would send email to agency with provided information and link for agency to confirm Interview time. Agency can then click link to return to harness and confirm interview. All input would need to be validated. We would not keep track of interview scheduling for Harness Elite candidates as this would be different for every client. Need indication that a client has registered interest for a particular candidate if not using scheduling page.

Time 3-4 days. ( simple way to do this for MVP would be just to have a mailto link that brings up a mail client and pre-populates the email ready for the client to send to the agency. However, realise you wish to keep them on Harness pages rather than communicating direct - 1day).
