The API endpoint to retrieve the field names used by the requirements in a project is too slow #152

If there are a lot of requirements in a project (about 1000), which in turn have a lot of measures assigned to them (about 3000), the API endpoint will need response times of several seconds to query the field names used by the requirements in the project.
