Integrate LDAP Directory Service into MV-Tool via `config.yml` #159

The MV-Tool should be capable of integrating users managed in an LDAP directory service. To achieve this, the necessary information for connecting to LDAP should be able to be specified in the config.yml file.

The required information might include:

LDAP server address (URL)
Credentials (username and password)
Base DN (Search base) Search filter``
