To ensure this functionality, the following subtasks must be completed:
[ ] The MV-Tool must check for each requirement catalog if it has unique requirement references. If a catalog contains duplicate references, it should be disabled for automatic assignment and clearly marked as such.
[ ] Implement a Web API function to check for duplicate requirement references within a catalog.
[ ] Implement the actual function for the automatic assignment of catalog requirements through a Web-API interface.
