facebook deprecated a few more methods.. #121

Since the new profile has recently launched to all users, we’ve deprecated
the following methods: feed.publishActionOfUser, Feed.publishStoryToUser,
and users.isAppAdded.

In addition, feed.publishTemplatizedAction now works for publishing stories
on Facebook Pages that have added your applications; it no longer works for
publishing stories on user profiles.
