Add a wiki page on how to build the project using the source code

I think it would help if we explain how to build from the source code. In
the forum I see many basic questions regarding the usage of maven. Many
people are trying to build using maven but they can't because they don't
know how.

I had similar issues at the beginning. This request is to facilitate the
questions that are asked over and over again in the forum, because we could
simply point to the wiki page and tell them to start there.
