Ability to retrieve facebook-username is missing #236

There is no means to retrieve a user's facebook 'username', yet. 

For this, I would like to be able to retrieve the freely definable
fb-username of a user, that authorized my application.

Links to how you can do this using the Facebook REST API please. If Facebook 
doesn't 
provide the API for it, the Java Facebook API can't do it...

most likely, you'll have to learn the user table through FQL
