com.google.code.facebookapi.ProfileField.java
Does not contain "email" profile field.

how can we get this added.  Are there any other available fields that are not 
listed?

I have requested the "email" field from facebook after having the proper 
extended permissions in place and received the correct email back. 

I'm using version 3.0.2

Is there a compete list of retrievable fields available from facebook?
