I propose we divide and allocate any financial rewards as such. We divide the total winnings into twenty five-percent chunks. At the outset, we are each allocated three of these chunks for a total of 15% each, with 40% of the pot initially unallocated. We then allocate this remaining fraction in two rounds: after 3 months, we have a discussion and decide democratically how to allocate four more units, with a second round discussion taking place 3 months after that.

Ideally, we will decide to allocate the remaining parts of the pot equally amongst ourselves. I think we should assume that we will assign parts equally, unless one member of the team is really neglecting the work. I propose the following dates for allocation meetings:
