Whole chart documentation mode switch #101

Currently the documentation mode toggle toggles each state from what it was so 
if you have four states with two in documentation mode and two not then if you 
select the documentation mode toggle then you end up with 2 states in 
documentation mode and two not just a different pair.

This may be useful.  However what would normally be of more use to me is a way 
to toggle all states into or our of documentation mode.  a set all to 
documentation and set all to non-documentation buttons?

Added DropDown menu for requested feature.
Will be available in version 2.5.
