C++ generator can generates allways actions with a lower-case letter in source file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create an action with a upper-case start letter
2. generate cpp files
3. in header file the function is generated with an upper-case letter
4. in the source file by calling the function a lower-case letter is used

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Consistent naming convention for defining, implement and calling function

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Eclipse luna (SCT 2.3.1) on Windows

Please provide any additional information below.
Workaround: always define actions with lower-case start letter
