False warning on sync node outgoing transitions #75

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Define a SC with sync node and add an outgoing transition with empty 
trigger/guard expression
2. A warning occurs: "Missing trigger. Transisition is never taken. Use 
'oncycle' or 'always' instead"  

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Since this kind of transitions mute not have any condition (trigger or guard) 
also a trigger that evaluates to true should not be specified since no trigger 
or guard will be evaluated.
