Arrow keys scrolling instead of moving in text

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Instal onSamsung Galaxy 10.1
2. Log onto University of Phoenix student portal and reply to classroom post

What is the expected behavior? What do you see instead? Expected behavior is 
that the arrow keys will move within a post between text.  What is happening is 
arrow keys are scrolling page.

What version of Hacker's Keyboard are you using? (See top of the app's
Settings menu.) On what phone or tablet? 1.29  Samsung Galaxy 10.1

If applicable, does this affect the 4-row or 5-row layout, or both? Which
language(s)?  5 row english

Please provide any additional information below.

The arrows work great here just not on my schools portal.  Not sure you can do 
anything about it though.  

Ps: love it!

Sorry, I don't think I can do anything about this. The keyboard sends key 
events, but it's up to the application or web app to interpret them.
