Unable to drop keyboard to access bottom of forms or screens

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open any web or app page requiring input to bottom of screen.
2. Unable to drop keyboard down when you can't sroll down any further & page 
designer has an action button on the bottom, I.e.: Submit/Continue/Next or 
Check boxes to affirm a EULA, etc.
3. Somes page designer allows dbl tap on screen to drop input device.

What is the expected behavior? ( an added or shared button ) What do you see 
instead? ( covered 

What version of Hacker's Keyboard are you using? (See "Debug" section at
the bottom of the app's Settings menu.)
On what phone or tablet?

If applicable, does this affect the 4-row or 5-row layout, or both? Which
language(s)?

Normally, using the Back button should close the keyboard.

As an alternative, for example for nonstandard devices that don't have a Back 
button, you can already configure a gesture (default "swipe down") or a volume 
key to close the keyboard.

Can you let me know if neither of these options work for you?
