Fullscreen mode like ICS keyboard #224

I was wondering if there were plans to implement the full screen style of the
stock ICS keyboard (screenshot attach). It would mean a text input takes up the
entirety of the available screen. This would be very useful with hackers
keyboard, as you often can't see the textfield you are typing in, especially
with the 5 row version and the prediction bar visible.

That is implemented, but off by default on large screens. Can you check your
setting for the fullscreen editor override?

Looks like I had this option enabled, but didn't realise. Now I get the
expected behaviour of the fullscreen editor. Maybe this option should be
relabelled, as "Landscape mode editor override" doesn't seem very clear about
its function out of context.

Bulk update - changing "Fixed" to "Verified" for old bugs.

(Background: I'm changing the "Fixed" status to be considered open, the next
steps in the lifecycle will be the closed states "FixInTest" and "Verified".
This lets me mark issues as "Fixed" in commit messages without hiding them from
the issue tracker.)
