Time is not updating

What is the bug? What are you expect to see? Time s not updating
What is your device model? what android version are you using? Galaxy s3, 
cynagenmod 10.1
Please describe detailed steps how to reproduce. Time was not updating: earlier 
version was fine but after new update 1.0.3.1.. Time update seems stopped
Attach screenshots if available.

It's a known issue with NiLS and CM10.1. Will be fixed soon.

dear, 
i used for sometime with 1.0.4.1 and CM10.1(s3); but my phone gets reboot if i 
get busy with instant messaging so i change back to old version; does any one 
else facing this issue ?
