Single notification flickers #184

* What is the bug? What are you expect to see?

When there is a single notification (persistent notifications being present do 
not seem to affect this bug) it will flicker.

* What is your device model? what android version are you using?

Nexus 4. Latest Android. Nova Launcher. Widget Locker w/ NiLS.

* Please describe detailed steps how to reproduce.

Have a single notification on lockscreen. Also having a persistent notification 
present does not matter.

* Attach screenshots if available.

Hi and thanks for the report. 
I'm familiar with this issue but unfortunately didn't find a solution for it. 
I'm keeping this open until I'll find a solution.

The flicker stops when in airplane mode. So it may have something to do with 
the  updating of the various radio indicators.

My last comment seems to only apply if the phone has been idle overnight in 
airplane mode so it could be something else.

The flicker happens when to lockscreen renders the widget. I'll try to make the 
lock screen not to render the widget when turning the screen on. I don't think 
it related to airplane mode or something like this.
