Users could be given the option to choose how much time screen stays on when 
receiving notification. Very usefull for People who dont use proximity sensor.

The minimum time possible is depends on the device. on my gnex for example - 
the device stays on for 30 seconds, even when I set it to 10 seconds.
NiLS currently turns on the screen for 10 seconds, but each device keep it on 
for different time.
