Talkback and air functions not working properly due to app #211

The app messes with some of the air functions in the Samsung S4. 
Also, it forces talkback to activate in the desktop Web browser, the mail 
app,the multi media app, and posibbly more; even if the talkback function and 
all of its options are unchecked.

It's not the app's fault.
Any accessibility service is causing this on Samsung S4. 
You can try LightFlow, NotifierPro, or any other accessibility service that 
uses notifications and you'll experience the same issues.
Hope some day Samsung will fix this...
