S4 screen positioning #249

Hi

On the S4 lockscreen, the NiLS clock is too high, causing 2mm or so of the 
image to be chopped off.

Notice the top of the 6 is shaved off. I think it's being caused by Nova 
Launcher, as the clipping occurs even when the clock isn't at the top.
