What:
Add option to "install" the executable into the project root. This can be done after running cmake --build build at the project root by running cmake --install build.
Add a small guide to cmake-default-init.sh that will pop up after the script is run.
Add the smoldb executable (installed by cmake --install build) to .gitignore
