Add Window's executable (smoldb.exe) into gitignore

What:

Add Windows's executable (smoldb.exe) into gitignore

Why:

Git ignores the smoldb executable on UNIX, yes, but since Windows executables have the .exe extension also, it doesn't.

How:

I modified gitignore, simply.
