Removed the cmake-gcc and cmake-clang workflows. After that, I decided to also remove codeql.
Why:
Maybe this is opinionated, but I feel that those workflows are of no use, other than a nice green tick sometimes. And I run the risk of burning too many CPU minutes, that GitHub starts gobbing my actual cash.
I keep the CMake multi-platform since it's kinda the only way for me to check, how compatible this project is with Visual Studios.
