The old docker-compose.yaml file will create 2 containers once the user runs docker compose up, but for the most part, one needs only 1 of these to run at a time (either testing or seeing the CLI tool).
How:
Now there are 2 different compose files, one for mem-check/testing (test.compose.yml) and one for CLI (cli.compose.yml). Both shares the image specified in the Dockerfile.
One can run a specific container by specifying the compose file to use (eg, for test container, docker compose -f test.compose.yml up).

It's not a simple docker compose up like before; now a specific compose file needs to be specified.
