Add Shortcut key for managing media #419

  1. Please Add Custom Shortcut key Feature for managing playback speed and something else.
  2. Also, add support "Drag to move window" feature not only on title bar but also whole window. (like pot player)
  3. Add "Always on Top" feature.
  4. And Lastly, add "Remember Playback Position" option.
