Incorrect reading of negative REAL value when another BLOB field is not NULL #165

In the attached 7zip file, I included a console app and two databases to
demonstrate the issue. Basically, each db as 1 table with 1 row containing a
few REAL fields and a BLOB field. If the BLOB field is NULL, the REAL field
with a negative value will be read correctly. If the BLOB field is not NULL,
the REAL field with a negative value will be read as 64302? All the REAL
fields with positive values read correctly in all cases. This issue showed up
after I switched from System.Data.SQLite.dll to your library. Third party
editors (SQLite Admin) show the correct values of all REAL fields.
