Updated project and minor fixes.

Hello,

I've updated this project from @ingridqi fork in order to look at it and see how to work, here are the major changes :

• All Frameworks except ProgressHUD are moved to Podfile
• Changed JSQMessagesViewController dependency to a forked version with fixes for iOS 8
• Updated the whole project with latest Frameworks changes
• Some minor updates / fixes and a refresh controller added to GroupView
• Gitignore file added

I think that I will rework some part of the project if I have some time, if I did, I would update my fork. Hope that it's useful to anyone :)
