Please don't report two issues in one entry. I edited this one for wifi.
Use the labels next time too ;)

Wifi will remain unstable until the switch to the new driver is made.

I got this error in my logcat output:

E/WifiStateMachine( 222): DriverFailedState

The kernel version I used is 3.0.31 which comes from the HTC Sensation CM9
nightly build:

http://download.cyanogenmod.com/get/jenkins/2689/cm-9-20120612-NIGHTLY-pyramid.z
ip

However, after flashed your latest over clock file, my kernel version was
changed to 3.0.30:

http://bricked.de/downloads/kernel/pyramid/Bricked-3.0-v1.1-ics-maxkhz=1566000-m
inkhz=192000-maxscroff=486000.zip

And the WiFi doesn't work anymore, whatever I do. I have checked the
"wpa_supplicant.conf" file and it's good.

I think this issue is caused by the Driver inside the kernel.

First of all: this issue is for the tenderloin, not for the pyramid.
Furthermore is the pyramid kernel not meant to work on AOSP, it is only for
Sense.

I got no wifi on cm9 with bricked 1.31 aosp kernel neither any other rom,
bricked 1.40 sense kernel works on a mad sense rom with wifi, have the fixes
and changes you done to 1.4 sense been integrated into the aosp kernel yet? If
not a look at the wifi could be helpful. Here is a link for a logcat of mine:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/os6eutkj0ty8jp7/logcat.txt I really think it is a
problem with the kernel as i I get DriverFailedState too

I'm using the latest Sense Bricked 3.0 v1.4 with ViperS ROM. I'm experiencing
the same issue. Once WIFI connected and after that rebooted, the phone can't
connect to the router. It loops Connecting, Authenticating, Obtaining IP
address... for ever.
I have to reboot the router and phone to get a proper WIFI connection.

The phone is HTC Sensation Z710e
The router is D-Link DIR-615 configured with DHCP.
My phone is in the DHCP Reservation list.

The strange is that if I remove the phone's MAC from the DHCP Reservation list,
it get WIFI connection more easily.
