Labels are hidden on standing compnents #107

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make a cap, resistor, or diode short enough that it stands up

Label should display just to the side or top of standing component.

Also it would be good to be able to set a global value for the option to
display either component names or values.

Global values

You can't do this in one click, but you can do it like this:

-On the Canvas, select an example of each of the component types that you want
it to apply to (put temporary ones on the Canvas if necessary).
-Group them.
-Double-click to get the properties panel to show the properties shared by all
the components in the group.
-In the "Display" field select either "Name" or "Value" and tick the default
box on its right, click "OK".
-Delete any temporary components you created.
