rfe: new rotate key/mouse binding #135

Great work, this is just what I was looking for. Sometimes I need to assemble
small circuits on strip board at work and this is my new documentation
solution. Much better than anything I will hand draw.

I noticed the right-mouse button isn't bound to anything while you're laying
components down and think it would be insanely useful (at least for EDA) to
have successive right-clicks rotate the component repeatedly by 90deg. My
preference is counter-clockwise because I use right-handed coordinate systems
but you might choose clockwise to be consistent with the current dialog
interface.

A key binding would be very useful as well. 'R' for rotate.

'Page Up' and 'Page Down' are very good candidates for Send Forwards/Backwards
too. I saw another user had a similar suggestion for those commands.

Thanks for considering my enhancement proposals

Note: this issue is not a 'defect'

Ok, I had a chance to use this on Windows too and the mouse right-click is
bound to a context menu. That menu is not usable while you are dropping
components though so my suggestion remains unchanged.

BTW the splash screen is noticeably more polished on Windows than Linux. :) (I
didn't even notice a 'show on startup' checkbox on Linux)
