Can't open DIY Layout Creator without "no active document" messages recurring #144

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.starting program/clicking on icon (in windows 7)
2.when "ok" is clicked, it says Failed to Set Data for "

When I click "ok", the No active document" screen reoccurs ad infinitum.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Whenever possible, please attach the latest log file. It will
provide valuable information when trying to reproduce and locate the
problem. Log files can be found in the log directory under the main
application directory and are marked with date and time.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Please provide any additional information below.

I had the same issue, I ran as an administrator and it worked for me running on 
windows 7 with the latest version.

This applies to the old DIYLCv1 which is not supproted any more. 
Running as admin or in XP compatibility works.
