Will not run on XP laptop (Java Version 1.7)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Clicking on "diylc.exe"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
expected diylc.exe app to launch. but nothing happens.

Whenever possible, please attach the latest log file. It will
provide valuable information when trying to reproduce and locate the
problem. Log files can be found in the log directory under the main
application directory and are marked with date and time.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
DIYLC Ver. 3.23, Win XP (Pro) OS

Please provide any additional information below.

This issue is resolved. I initially extracted the files into a folder in "My 
Documents". The older version of DIYLC was in the "Program Files" folder so I 
moved the new version (3.23) folder from "My Documents" into the "Program 
Files" folder to see if it will launch from there. It does. The app folder 
needed to be in "Program Files" for the .exe to run properly.

that's strange because I run it from my docs most of the time :)

I thought so too because it runs from my docs on my home computer, it even runs 
from a separate partition. But on my work computer it has to be from program 
files. At any rate, thanks for this cool app.
